Pastor Philip Anderson is the Senior Pastor of the Somerset Miracle Center located in Plainfield N.J. and the Executive Director of the World Compassion Outreach Ministries

(WCOM), International USA -a recognized nonprofit, community based 501(c) (3) charitable organization.

Pastor Anderson is a graduate of Pillar College and Drew University Theological Seminary. During his graduate studies at Drew University, Pastor Anderson met the Bishop Dr. Joseph

Nzeketha and became passionate about missions to Africa to serve “the least of these,” (Matt. 25: 40) as Jesus commanded.

In 2015, Pastor Philip Anderson, was invited to the church for fellowship, and soon thereafter, invited to join the ministerial staff. Pastor Anderson was subsequently appointed by Bishop Nzeketha and the congregation, as the new Senior Pastor of SMC and the Executive Director of the World Compassion Outreach Ministries Int’l. USA in April 2017.

Under Pastor Anderson’s leadership, SMC has grown to become a congregation of diverse racial and ethnic backgrounds, cultures, and languages. He has the Support of his loving wife the first lady Irma Anderson their son and two grandchildren. The motto that he lives by is, “Here I am. Send me Isaiah 6:8
